Information that is collected automatically may include but is not limited to user details such as IP addresses, browser specifications, operating systems, and also the information that is collected through cookies (the small text files that are stored in a user’s web browser), web beacons (the electronic images that allow us to keep count of the users who have accessed certain content that includes specific cookies), and some other tracking technologies;
- From third parties, for example, our business associates and partners;
- From third parties, such as various social media platforms that you may use for interacting with our Website, or that allow you to share various types of information;

In addition to the above-mentioned reasons, we may disclose your personal information to meet our legal obligations:
- To apply or enforce the terms of use of the Company and other agreements, including for collection and billing purposes;

If we have already sent you an email with any promotional offer, then you have the option of sending us a return email wherein you ask to be omitted from future email distributions. This choice of opting out does not apply to the information provided by you to the Company as a result of a product purchase, product service experience, licensing subscription, or other transactions.
We do not control the collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising by third parties. However, the third parties may provide certain ways with which you may choose to not have your personal information collected or used by them. You have the choice of opting out from receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on NAI’s website.
Assessing and Correcting Your Information

The rules and regulations pertaining to data protection and other relevant laws and standards of such countries might not be as comprehensive or similar as those in your country. When you use the Website, you acknowledge and agree that some or all of your information may be transferred to such countries, including but not limited to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Policy.
We carry out data transfers only to those third parties which are legally binding or essential for the execution of our business obligations.
Retention of Your Personal Information
We will be retaining your personal information that is in accordance with the applicable laws, and only for the time period that is necessary to fulfill the purposes that have been mentioned in this Policy.
